Noahlogy Inc. (CEO: Yusuke Fukushige; hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to announce on May 30, 2026, that it has been selected as a project proposer for the Fiscal Year 2026 (FY2026) "Continued" Project under "TRY ANGLE EHIME 2.0." This digital implementation acceleration project is promoted jointly by Ehime Prefecture and ReGACY Innovation Group Inc.
This initiative accelerates the "implementation, settlement," and "horizontal expansion" of digital technologies, moving beyond one-off demonstration experiments. As the "Maritime Sector" is newly established as a priority area starting in FY2026, our AI solutions tailored for the maritime industry received high praise for their effectiveness and sustainability, leading to this continued selection.
Overview of the Selected Project
Launched in FY2022, this initiative evolved into "TRY ANGLE EHIME 2.0" from FY2025 to fast-track the implementation, settlement, and horizontal expansion of digital technologies. For FY2026, a new "Maritime Sector" has been introduced as a priority area. Furthermore, an "AI Human Resource Development Category" has been established in collaboration with the Matsuo-Iwasawa Laboratory at the University of Tokyo. This program aims to train job-ready AI talent through student internships at AI companies and other organizations, thereby encouraging out-of-prefecture companies to establish bases, creating jobs, and accelerating issue resolution and economic revitalization within Ehime Prefecture.

Initiatives Up to FY2025
Leveraging the "TRY ANGLE EHIME" project, Noahlogy has been driving digital transformation (DX) in the maritime sector using AI technology.
In FY2025, we implemented the "Project for Seamless Efficiency in Design and Procurement Operations via Shipyard-Specific AI Agents." This initiative drove labor-saving in vast amounts of design review and procurement administration tasks, which were traditionally performed through visual checks by skilled engineers.
Furthermore, we promoted the integration of this technology into actual worksites, training over 150 digital talents. Moving beyond temporary system deployment, we have taken our first steps toward building a foundation and framework where onsite teams can autonomously master and utilize digital technology.
FY2026 Goals and Future Strategy
In alignment with the core pillar of TRY ANGLE EHIME 2.0—"settlement of implementation and acceleration of horizontal expansion"—Noahlogy will focus on further enhancing the accuracy of the AI agent functions acquired in the previous year. We will drive the project forward centered around two key initiatives:
Expansion into Technical Negotiation ("Tech-Nego") Operations (Upstream Process): Based on our past achievements in design review AI, we will expand into the technical negotiation process between shipowners (clients) and shipyards (contractors). This process has traditionally required complex adjustments and highly expert know-how. By expanding our AI agents' scope to this upstream phase, we aim to optimize operations and reduce tech-nego workloads by over 50%.
Active Expansion and Implementation to Businesses within Ehime Prefecture: We will proactively roll out our maritime-specific AI agent system to a wider range of maritime and shipbuilding-related businesses in Ehime. By moving forward alongside the operators in Ehime Prefecture who support Japan’s maritime industry, we will contribute to raising the standards of the entire local industry and ensuring the steady settlement of digital implementations.
