What you'll do
- Frontend development for Noahlogy products (Noah, etc.) with React / Next.js
- Building data-visualization features (Chart.js, etc.)
- Improving UI/UX and running usability testing
- Building and maintaining the component library (Storybook)
- Writing tests (Jest, Playwright)
- Performance optimization and accessibility

Must-haves
- Professional experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js (3+ years preferred)
- Modern frontend experience (component design, state management, etc.)
- Understanding and hands-on experience with UI/UX design
- Experience with test-driven development (TDD)
- Team development with Git / GitHub
- Communication skills and teamwork

- Experience with data-viz libraries (Chart.js, D3.js, etc.)
- Component development with Storybook
- E2E testing (Playwright, Cypress, etc.)
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG)
- Performance optimization experience
- Experience building design systems

Terms & employment
Full-time (3-month probation). Full flextime / remote OK. Location: Roppongi Hills Mori Tower, Minato-ku, Tokyo (relocating near Ōmori in 2027). Stock options available.
