What you'll do
- Designing and driving business plans and KPIs
- Driving cross-functional projects (PjM)
- Designing and improving operations and workflows
- Driving hiring, PR, and external collaboration

Must-haves
- Experience in business operations / PjM / consulting
- Ability to structure problems and execute
- A perspective that sees both the numbers and the field
§ 03
Nice to have
- Startup / new-business experience
- Knowledge of subsidies, fundraising, and back-office functions

Terms & employment
Full-time (3-month probation). Full flextime / remote OK. Location: Roppongi Hills Mori Tower, Minato-ku, Tokyo (relocating near Ōmori in 2027). Stock options available.
